Online Tech Specs Creator, v2.10

v2.10, 10/5/1999 -- Added more plot points to the G1 style graphs. This makes it look closer to the original tech specs, and removes some of the "blocky" ness of having points only on gridlines.
v2.00, 7/6/1999 -- Added the ability to Late G1 style bargraph techspecs.
